Three Suspects

 All three suspects;  Denise Frei, Jacob Hilgendorf, and Jessica Dayton confessed to playing an active role in murdering Curtis Bailey.  They admitted to killing Curtis Bailey willfully, deliberately and with premeditation.  Denise Frei and Jacob Hilgendorf waived their right to a speedy trial, but Jessica Dayton chose her right to a speedy trial.
